Daca s-a lasat este posibil sa-l fi batut mai mult decat trebuie sau poate fi si mascarponele de vina. Eu de regula folosesc Granarolo sau Galbani, nu mi s-a intamplat niciodata sa se lase sau sa se taie crema.<br />Desigur, nu este nici o problema si daca incorporezi mascarcarponele cu o spatula daca asa consideri ca este mai sigur. Doar frisca lichida se mixeaza cu mixerul, inainte de a o amesteca cu crema cu mascarpone si nes.
